Oggi Hebernando Simanullang is a certified professional in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) with nearly a decade of experience in the national and global mining industry. He has led over 14 coal mining projects and played a strategic role in one of the world's largest laterite nickel mining developments. With deep expertise in integrated management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001), ESG, and environmental impact assessments (AMDAL), he is recognized as a collaborative leader with a proven track record—achieving zero fatalities across more than 25 million safe man-hours.
Through PT Oggi Naraswara Media, he expands his impact into media, training, and consulting. His experience working with expatriates and multinational teams from France, Australia, Thailand, China, and India has shaped him into an adaptive, communicative, and globally minded professional. He brings a systems-based, data-driven approach to delivering information, empowering people, and crafting stories that resonate and inspire. With a vision of growth with purpose, he continues to foster cross-sector collaboration to drive meaningful and sustainable change.
